Can Arachni use a server to make it available to anyone?

Hi, I study arachni these days.

I want to make a app that anyone can use arachni through the server.

but arachni can only able to use by localhost.

How can i give permission to who want to be use arachni with no desktop programs.

and I want to know the difference between the paid version and the free version.
