I have application which uses two subdomains:

SUB1.SUB.DOMAIN.COM
SUB2.SUB.DOMAIN.COM

When I try to kick off a scan simply pointing at DOMAIN.COM or SUB.DOMAIN.COM the scan completes prematurely b/c the initial starting point really should be SUB1.SUB.DOMAIN.COM. However, I don't want to set the scanner up to not include SUB2.SUB.DOMAIN.COM. Please advise.

Just as a quick follow up, I noticed that if I come in with SUB2.SUB.DOMAIN.COM it will redirect to SUB1 and it seems like it's at least acknowledging that domain. How can I add SUB1.SUB.DOMAIN.COM to my profile so that if I start my scan with SUB2.SUB.DOMAIN.COM both domains will get scanned?

The scope extend paths option should do it, put all subdomains in there just to be safe.
