How to restrict Arachni to scan only pages in-scope

Hello,

I am running following command to browse three pages that I want to scan:

./arachni https://XXXXXX.XXXXXX.com --scope-page-limit=0 --plugin=proxy --scope-directory-depth-limit=0 --scope-auto-redundant=5

When I browse the pages I want to scan and shutdown proxy, Arachni scans for a lot more pages then I browsed and takes a long time to complete scan as compared to other tools like AppScan. Is there any other plugin I need to use to restrict scan and get scan results faster?
