variable duration of scan

Hi,
I am testing an application which is heavily dynamic. I tried to isolate only a part of it to elimiminate eventual probmes which may Arachni encounter. But the length of the scan is quite variable, plus minus 3 hours or even more. Is there any possibility to measure length of various tasks performed by Arachni, sothat I can find the culprit of this problem?

    Unfortunately not, does the amount of timed out requests vary?
