arachni_rpcd
Hey,
quick question about the rpcd server. I'm trying to use it out
of the box, like installing Arachni on a fresh Kali and then
running arachni_rpcd. It starts partially, but not fully. In the
netstat I can see that it doesn't listen on the specified port,
also the Arachni instance itself doesn't seem like it started
properly, just states basic header like where is the documentation
and that's it.
Are there any pre-requisites or permissions I need to grant for
Arachni to work properly? Mind, that no firewall or other
restriction is present.

Can you try using the latest official packages and see if that works?

It's the official one from "apt-get install arachni". Weirdly, if I download the archive from the site, it started working.
The versions seems to be the same, so what could be wrong?
anyhow, resolved.

Actually it's not, the only official package of Arachni is the one from the site's download section; I've no idea what the Kali people are doing with it.
