autologin plugin can't get the right cookie

Hey,

so the issue happens on that kind of situation:
- the authentication service logs the user in and gives the authentication cookie - the web app then takes this cookie and converts to the FedAuth cookies. - uses FedAuth cookies for future connections.

now what happens with the scanner, it can't no longer get the FedAuth cookies, just the first authentication cookie. Is there a way out of this situation?

   Hello,

   In order to see what's going on I'll have to have a test case, i.e. access to the actual application and relevant Arachni configuration.
   Alternatively, you can use a custom login script, that should work regardless of authentication type.

   If you wish, you can send me the details in private and I'll have a look.
