Web console / gui not launching

Hi,
I downloaded the latest binary, extracted the tar, and tried launching web console/GUI by executing bin/arachnid_web. It starts off saying it started a proxy on port 9292 but stays there and there is no GUI anywhere to be seen.
This was on Mac OS X. I tried same thing on a Windows 2012 but same thing.

What am I missing?
