The error is in the metrics plugin, it doesn't affect the scan and you can disable it until I fix it.
As for the inconsistent issues, which one is missing? There can be a lot of reasons for it, it doesn't mean there's a problem.
Also, you need to be patient, I can't always respond right away.

Turns out there was a mix-up with the MS Windows nightlies, the fix wasn't being pushed.
The URL error should be gone now.
