Arachni hung during scanning

Hello, while testing 16 dec nightlies found out, that in some cases arachni hung without any information output, how it looks like:

[~] Audited 13152 page snapshots.

[~] Duration: 03:57:13 //still updates

[~] Processed 553431/553431 HTTP requests.

[~] -- 96.668 requests/second.

[~] Processed 173/5023 browser jobs. //doesn't increase at all

[~] -- 0.0 second/job.

when switching to main output (hitting enter) - no messages are printed at all.
P.S:
website is alive and response times are stable
there're no any connection problems
CPU usage is less than 20%, also enough free RAM
OS: UbuntuServer 16.04 x64 ;
