Arachni REST API (Windows)

I started the REST API server with default option, the problem was when I accessed to localhost:7331 (default), it gave me the sinatra error.
So, What does it mean exactly ?

    It means that there's no API resource at /, please check the Wiki: https://github.com/Arachni/arachni/wiki/REST-API
