Ruby encoding error when starting either arachni or arachni_web

Hello,

I have arachni-1.3.2-0.5.9 installed, and when i try to start either the command line or the web ui, i get this error:

arachni-1.3.2-0.5.9/system/usr/lib/ruby/2.2.0/webrick/httpservlet/cgihandler.rb:29:in `class:CGIHandler': incompatible character encodings: ASCII-8BIT and UTF-8 (Encoding::CompatibilityError)

I don't know what is the reason of this error since my system is on UTF-8

$ locale LANG=fr_FR.UTF-8

Do you know what is the reason ?
