Are you sure this is Nokogiri-related?
Can you post the full error please?
It's very strange that it's dying after the script finishes.

is it because nokogiri uses libmxl2.0 that it gives this warning ? as im running the latest libxml
20900.0.0 which version of libxml2 is that if i downgrade nokogiri will it get rid of this warning?

Hi, I was talking about the error in the console (the segfault) rather than the error log.
The Arachni error simply says that you didn't provide a URL and is coincidental, doesn't have anything to do with the segfault -- not as far as I can tell anyway.
As for the Nokogiri warning, I've seen incompatible versions cause problems before.
In this case though, the versions seem to be the same (I imagine 20900.0.0 means 2.9.0), although I don't know why the version string was formatted this way.
If you're not doing development may I suggest you use the nightly packages instead?
They bundle their dependencies to avoid these sort of issues.

the first post was the ouptut error !!!! ??
I still get this error after the url and the scan is done .. im guessing the libxml2 error is to do with the 1.9.3 build
ruby 1.9.3p385 (2013-02-06 revision 39114) [i686-linux]
Yes I was woundering 2.9.0 and 20900.0.0 looks like the same version usual the output is >=2.7.3 etc etc so thats why im baffeled with this Ive tried removing ruby any all gems and then installing rvm and then install arachni again but keep getting segment issue
Its bugging the hell out of excuse the pun !! ill try using the nightly builds
Thanks

LOL, good one.
Could also be related to http://support.arachni-scanner.com/discussions/questions/103-exclud....
Anyhow, try your luck with the nightlies until we hear back from the Nokogiri devs and we'll go from there.

Hi, could you give it another try?
Users are reporting that the issue has now been resolved in the experimental branch and the nightlies.

Great great, luckily the Nokogiri guys were very helpful too, it only took one e-mail and they had an RC out in a few hours. :)
And thanks for the kind words, if anything else comes up you know where to ask.
Cheers
