Best DevSecOps tool

Hi,

Am looking for a DevSecOps tool which meets below specifications:-
1. Open source 2. Can do both Static & dynamic mobile application security testing. 3. Can integrate with Jenkins CI/CD.

Your advise will be highly appreciated.
