Does encoding of web site under scan and arachni framework should match?
I was running Arachni against many applications (SPA included) without any problems, but this one....gets me in trouble. The web site is an old .asp application. I've configured login_script properly and according to the command line output, the login happens successfully, but right after that the execution completed with the error message in log file:
[2018-02-31 12:00:00 -0400] [utilities#exception_jail:428] [Encoding::CompatibilityError] incompatible encoding with this operation: UTF-16
I tried to search Arachni support page, but nothing reminds this issue. So my question is: does Arachni encoding system has to match with whatever web site is using?
