How to start the passive scanner.

On the github page it says:
Passive Proxy (proxy) -- Analyzes requests and responses between the web app and the browser assisting in AJAX audits, logging-in and/or restricting the scope of the audit.
How do I start the passive proxy to scan traffic?

    You need to enable the proxy plugin, do you know how to work with plugins?
