What is performing emergency run

Hi, sometimes during my scan I receive something like:
~ request queue reached its maximum size, performing emergency run Does it mean that tested application responds too slowly and my configured size of http_request_queue has been exceeded and some requests are simply dropped? Should increasing size of request queue fix this?

    The requests aren't being dropped, they're performed.
