Hi folks!
Is my first time here, I wait that my question is valid.

Ok, I have used many times Arachni, but in the last 2 scan I have some errors:

In the first scan, I have this error:

undefined method `relative?' for nil:NilClass

In the second scan this:

[HTTP: 200] https://mydomain.com/sitemap.xml
[operation_timedout] Timeout was reached
[HTTP: 200] https://mydomain.com/get.php?did=206_arachni_trainer_455d5893bc1a1b5e0476f607eb02d0fe
[filesize_exceeded] Maximum file size exceeded

The version of Arachni is:

Arachni Framework 1.4-0.5.10

WebUI 0.5.10

Moreover I have followed this guide: http://support.arachni-scanner.com/kb/general-use/optimizing-for-fa... for optimize my scan.

Could you help me to know what happened in my scan and how to fix it?

Well, thank you for your help and comments!

Regards

    Hello,

Can you show me the entire error, backtrace and everything?

As for the other ones, please adjust the following options:

Also, you may want to give the nightlies a try, the include the latest bugfixes.

    Cheers

Thank you so much!!! For your answers Mr. Tasos,
I will try to adjust the params from webUI:

    Response max size (--http-response-max-size)
    Request timeout (--http-request-timeout)

Because I use webUI, and I have a custom profile, moreover I will try to scan my website again.

After that I will install the dev version and use it from now on.

Attach the entire error log, so that, if there are more parameters to update let me know.

    Regars

Looks like a URL parse is failing, I've updated the message to show the relevant URL and hopefully that'll allow me to fix the bug.
I'll let you know once the nightlies are up so that you can retry and send me the URL in question.

I was hoping to see the [NoMethodError] undefined method 'relative?' for nil:NilClass error, only this time with more information since I updated the error handling.
The current log file doesn't include anything of interest.

Did you change the configuration or something?

I think not, I only import my custom profile from 1.4 version, nothing more.

Can you give it a few more tries please? Hopefully error will re-appear.

The current logfile doesn't have anything of interest, it's meant as information to you in case something important was missed, in this case it was just big binary files, which is the expected behavior.
