Latest Nighlies for Windows

HI Tasos,

I downloaded the latest build from http://downloads.arachni-scanner.com/nightlies/ and after I extract to arachni-2.0dev-1.0dev-windows-x86_64, the file dates are all 11/15/2015. Is this expected?
