How have you installed Arachni?
You don't seem to be using the official packages and are probably missing PhantomJS which is used as a browser engine -- which in this case is required because the form is created via JS.

Thanks for the quick answer!
I downloaded the official packages and installed PhantomJS, however it still does not work.

The packages include all dependencies, there's no need to install anything else.
This time though it should have worked, looking into it.

There are a few errors caused by Arachni's JS env when loading this page, I'm debugging it now and will keep you updated.

Thank you very much!

Fixed it and I'm now running the test suite to make sure I didn't break anything, then I'll push nightly packages so you can test them.
I can't be certain that it'll work without real credentials but the form is identified and submitted now.
I'll let you know once the packages are up.

Nightlies are up, give them a try and let me know how they work.
Cheers
