Arachni doesn't kill instances after scan crash

hello, while was testing 01.12.16 arachni got such problem (see attached screenshot). P.S using winServ2012

   Can you provide some more information about the crash? Did you get errors or something?

   any error which leads to scan crash, even just scan abort leads to this. i haven't noticed such problem when scan finished itself

   Such happens even when arachni is unnable to find fields to sumbit the input values (autologin plugin).

   it seems to be fixed, i think it is a windows-side bug.

   Couldn't repro on MS Windows either but since it's gone then that's what matters.
